Meet our team of interdisciplinary professionals
Ryanne Mitchell is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing therapeutic services to the Tulsa area since 2010. Ryanne is known for their caring, warm, and insightful approach to counseling. Ryanne has training and experience in a range of treatment approaches and modalities, including psychodynamic, somatic or body-oriented psychotherapy, expressive arts therapy, and radically open dialectical behavior therapy.
Prior to opening their practice, Resilience Center in 2017, Ryanne served as Clinical Director and Pathways to Eating Disorder Treatment Coordinator and Therapist at Brookhaven Hospital. Ryanne has extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of eating disorders. Additionally, as someone who is also AuDHD, they specialize in helping those with neurodivergence, eating disorder, and/or religious trauma deconstruct, unmask, and discover their authentic selves. Ryanne is a frequent speaker and presenter and welcomes new opportunities to provide outreach and education to professionals, organizations, and community members.
Laci Strickler is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been counseling adults since 2016. She holds a Master of Education degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she served both as Counselor and Director of Counseling Services. She currently operates a successful virtual private practice.
Laci has extensive experience counseling college students, and enjoys working with adults of all ages. She has walked alongside hundreds of clients on their healing journeys with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief, stress, anger, and low self-esteem. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she helps her clients navigate through relationship issues and family conflicts. She is passionate about helping clients who deal with chronic pain and illness as well as their caregivers. Laci strives to provide a safe space for all clients to open up and share their stories without judgement, especially those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
