Resilience Center is pleased to offer Mimesis: a monthly embodied skills group!

Psychodrama is a tool to build self-awareness and other-awareness. This group will give participants the opportunity observe themselves in action as both spectator and actor. Psychodrama can be a path to deeper self-knowledge, a held space to explore interpersonal dynamics, and a tool for social transformation. This group incorporates the teachings of JL and Zerka Moreno, founders of psychodrama and sociometry, as well as Augustus Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed. Together we will create a community of curious, compassionate companions to our individual and shared growth.

Groups are donation based with a suggested donation of $20. Groups take place one Saturday a month, 10am-12pm.
